Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns

  • Must be requested within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Include all tags, packaging, and accessories

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Items damaged after delivery

3. Return Process

  1. Email support@havnsp.sbs with order number and reason for return

  2. Receive instructions for returning the item

  3. Ship back to the designated address

  4. Refund or exchange processed upon inspection

Return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
